Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cucumber (without seeds)- 1
  2. Onion - 1
  3. Tomato- 1
  4. Carrot - 1
  5. Radish - 1
  6. Cabbage- 1/2
  7. Lemon - 1
  8. Greeh Chilli- 3
  9. Paneer for garnishing - 20-30 gms

Instructions

  1. Peel cucumber, radish, carrot and onion.
  2. Slice all the salad ingredients nicely and place them separately.
  3. Place it in a designer plate as shown in picture or You can use any other plate.
  4. Slice the onions very neatly and thin quality, I used the chopper for that.
  5. Garnish it with lemon and finely grated paneer.
