Ingredients to make Rainbow Salad

  • Cucumber (without seeds)- 1
  • Onion - 1
  • Tomato- 1
  • Carrot - 1
  • Radish - 1
  • Cabbage- 1/2
  • Lemon - 1
  • Greeh Chilli- 3
  • Paneer for garnishing - 20-30 gms

How to make Rainbow Salad

  1. Peel cucumber, radish, carrot and onion.
  2. Slice all the salad ingredients nicely and place them separately.
  3. Place it in a designer plate as shown in picture or You can use any other plate.
  4. Slice the onions very neatly and thin quality, I used the chopper for that.
  5. Garnish it with lemon and finely grated paneer.
