ABOUT Gajar ki kheer ( for elderly people) RECIPE

Its a other version of kheer which includes carrots along with dry fruits and milk. Both kids and elderly people can enjoy this dessert. sugar can be substituted with jaggery or honey according to the preference. My family really enjoys in winters by having this kheer as the cold weather demands hot soupy and sweet things. Its very simple and easy to make. Give it a try once, family will love you for this i say!!

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 grated carrots
  2. Half litre milk
  3. Sugar according to taste
  4. Mix Dry fruits crushed ( as much you want)

Instructions

  1. Boil milk in heavy bottom pan
  2. After one boil add grated carrots. Keep boiling till carrot becomes soft
  3. Then add sugar and stir.
  4. Cook few minutes more thick it consistency becomes like kheer
  5. Serve hot.
