ABOUT Shell macaroni Salad RECIPE

Cute little shell macaroni makes this salad so pretty to look at!

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 small red onion chopped
  2. 1 tsp parsley chopped
  3. 2 tomatoes sliced
  4. 400 g macaroni
  5. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  6. 1/2 cup sour cream
  7. salt and pepper to taste
  8. 2 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a pot. Cook the macaroni in the water for 10 mins until tender.
  2. Strain boiled macaroni under cold water to avoid sticking.
  3. Drain till dry.
  4. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  5. Combine the macaroni with the mayonnaise mixture. Mix well.
  6. Refrigerate before serving.
  7. Serve cold garnished with parsley leaves.
