Try this sugarfree tantalising healthy Chaat with broken wheat/ daliya mixed. Daliya not only provides fibre and manganese but also aids digestion and helps control blood sugar levels.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Broken wheat/daliya 2 tbsn
  2. Salt to taste
  3. 50 gms chopped mixed fruits
  4. Juice of one lemon
  5. 1 tbsn honey/maple syrup
  6. Toasted white sesame seeds 1 tsn
  7. water as needed to cook daliya
  8. shredded coconut 1 tbsn heaped

Instructions

  1. Soak the daliya for 30 minutes and pressure cook it for upto 2 whistles or till done
  2. In a bowl, combine the chopped fruits, salt to taste
  3. Next add 1 tbsn shredded coconut
  4. Followed by sesame seeds, cooked daliya and mix the ingredients well
  5. In a bowl combine lemon juice and honey
  6. Pour this syrup on the fruit chat and mix well gently
  7. Serve and enjoy a healthy Chaat!
