Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ragi flour - 2 cups
  2. Sooji rava - 1 cup
  3. Grated Carrot - 1/2 Cup
  4. Green chillies, chopped - 3
  5. Finely chopped onion - 1
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Oil for roasting dosa

Instructions

  1. Take a mixing bowl. Add salt, rava and mix well.
  2. Add ragi flour and mix.
  3. Add onions, green chillies and grated carrots.
  4. Add water to adjust the consistency of the batter.
  5. Heat a tawa. Pour oil. Add a ladle full of batter and spread a little. Cover the lid and cook on low flame.
  6. Open the lid and roast the other side.
  7. Serve hot with spicy garlic chutney and raita.
