Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Pizza base (homemade or store brought)
  2. 1/4 cup chopped mushroom
  3. 1/4 cup juliened Capsicum/Bell pepper
  4. 1/4 cup shredded cabbage (optional)
  5. 1/4 cup Pasta ( I used Farfalle)
  6. 1tbsp schzewan sauce
  7. 1tsp soy sauce
  8. 1tsp vinegar
  9. 1/2 tsp red chilly sauce
  10. 1tbsp pizza sauce
  11. 1/2 cup shredded pizza cheese
  12. 1/2 tsp garlic paste
  13. Salt to taste
  14. 2tbsp Sesame oil
  15. Olive oil
  16. Oregano topping optional

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS
  2. IN A VESSEL, ADD WATER AND PINCH OF SALT. ADD PASTA
  3. ALLOW IT TO BOIL AND COOK
  4. PASTA SHOULD NOT BE SQUISHY.DRAIN, ADD OLIVE OIL AND KEEP IT ASIDE
  5. ADD 1-2 TBSP OLIVE OR SESAME OIL. ADD GARLIC PASTE. SAUTE UNTIL RAW AROMA GOES AWAY
  6. ADD VEGGIES AND SAUTE
  7. SPRINKLE WATER
  8. COVER AND COOK FOR 2-3 MINS ON LOW FLAME
  9. ADD SAUCES AND VINEGAR WITH PINCH OF SALT
  10. MIX WELL
  11. ADD PASTA , MIX AND SAUTÉ FOR 2 MINUTES
  12. APPLY OLIVE OIL ON BOTH SIDES OF PIZZA
  13. PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 180
  14. WARM PIZZA FOR 3-4 MINUTES
  15. SWITCH SIDES
  16. APPLY PIZZA SAUCE
  17. ADD VEG TOPPINGS
  18. PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 180
  19. SPRINKLE CHEESE ON TOP
  20. BAKE FOR 8-10 MINUTES UNTIL CHEESE MELTS
  21. SPRINKLE OREGANO
  22. SERVE HOT WITH TOMATO CHILLI SAUCE OR SCHZEWAN SAUCE
