Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sarso 1 Big and thick Bunch finely chopped
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Red chillie 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Turmeric 1/4 teaspoon
  6. Garam masala 1/4 teaspoon
  7. Jeera 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Readymade Tomato puree 3-4 tablespoons
  9. Onion chopped 1 chopped in square shape
  10. Green chillies chopped 2-3
  11. Garlic 7-8 cloves (use full clove, do not chop)
  12. Oil 1 karchi

Instructions

  1. Ingredients used
  2. Take kadai, place on gas flame
  3. Add oil
  4. Add chopped onions
  5. Fry well,make it pink
  6. Add green chillies
  7. Now add garlic this way, full cloves
  8. Add garlic to it
  9. Add all dry spices along with salt and garam masala
  10. Add cumin seeds
  11. Mix well, add tomato puree
  12. Mix well till it leaves the oil
  13. Add sarso leaves to it
  14. Mix well
  15. Cover with a plate/thaal and keep on sim flame till the leaves get soft
  16. Check after few minutes, when the oil comes out, take out in a serving dish
  17. Tamatar lehsuni sarso is ready, serve hot
