  1. Rice 1/2 cup
  2. Carrot - 1
  3. Ghee - 1 tbsp
  4. Shahi jeera - 1 tsp
  5. Ginger garlic paste - 1)2 tsp (optional)
  6. Cashews - few
  7. Water 1 cup
  8. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. SOAK RICE FOR 10 MINS.CHOP CARROT
  2. HEAT GHEE,ADD CASHEWS,JEERA,GINGER GARLIC PASTE, CARROT ONE BY ONE AND SAUTÉ
  3. ADD WATER& SALT
  4. WHEN THE WATER BOILS,ADD THE DRAINED RICE
  5. COVER AND COOK IN LOW FLAME
  6. IN JUST 10-15 MINS IT WILL BE DONE.
