  1. For rabri
  2. Milk - 2 cups
  3. Sugar - 3 tablespoons or to taste
  4. Milk powder- 3 tablespoons
  5. Cardamom - two pinches
  6. For churros
  7. Water - 3/4 cup
  8. Sugar- 1 tablespoon
  9. Salt - two pinches
  10. Oil - 1 tablespoon
  11. Flour - 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. FLOUR, MILK POWDER, CARDAMOM POWDER, SALT, OIL, SUGAR, MILK, WATER
  2. TO MAKE RABRI, TAKE 2 CUPS MILK IN A NON STICK PAN HEAT IT AND ADD 3 TABLESPOON MILK POWDER TO IT.
  3. STIR CONTINUOUSLY TO AVOID FORMATION OF LUMPS
  4. REDUCE TO MEDIUM HEAT AND COLLECT THE MALAI FORMED ON TOP TO THE SIDES OF THE PAN
  5. CONTINUE TO DO THIS TILL MILK IS REDUCED TO ONE FORTH OF ITS QUANTITY..
  6. STIR IN BETWEEN TO PREVENT GETTING BURNT AT BOTTOM..
  7. ONCE MILK HAS REDUCED TO HALF ADD TWO PINCHES OF CARDAMOM POWDER TO IT..
  8. ONCE IT REACHES THE REQUIRED CONSISTENCY ADD TWO TABLESPOONS OF SUGAR TO IT..
  9. ONCE IT HAS REDUCED TO ONE FORTH, SCRAPE THE SIDES OF THE PAN AND ADD MALAI TO IT..
  10. OFF THE FLAME AND MIX THOROUGHLY..
  11. POUR IN A BOWL AND REFRIGERATE FOR 10MIN
  12. FOR CHURROS, IN ANOTHER PAN TAKE THREE FORTH CUP OF WATER AND HEAT
  13. ADD ONE TABLESPOON OF SUGAR TO IT..
  14. THEN ADD ONE TABLESPOON OF OIL TO IT..
  15. ADD TWO PINCH OF SALT..
  16. BRING IT TO A BOIL..
  17. REMOVE FROM FLAME AND ADD HALF CUP OF FLOUR TO IT WHILE MIXING CONTINUOUSLY..
  18. MIX TO FORM A DOUGH
  19. DUST PLATE WITH FLOUR AND PLACE THE DOUGH ONTO IT..
  20. HEAT THE OIL FOR FRYING THE CHURROS
  21. TAKE HALF OF THE DOUGH AND PUT IT IN A PIPING BAG
  22. DUST BUTTER PAPER WITH FLOUR AND PIPE THE STAR SHAPED CHURROS ONTO IT
  23. FRY THE CHURROS IN OIL AND PLACE ON A PLATE WITH TISSUE..
  24. FOR AN AMAZING FUSION SERVE HOT CHURROS WITH COLD RABRI DIP..
