Healthy quick dosa for pregnant ladies and elderly

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Green gram 1 cup
  2. Rice 2 tbsp
  3. Ginger - 1 inch
  4. Green chillies - 2
  5. Curry leaves - 10
  6. Grated coconut 1/2 cup
  7. Salt
  8. Oil

Instructions

  1. Soak green gram and rice in water overnight.
  2. Grind the following items in mixer by adding adequate water ( consistency same as uraddal dosa batter). Grind soaked green gram, soaked rice, grated coconut, green chillies, ginger, curry leaves and salt
  3. Pour the batter in hot dosa tawa and spread in circular motion.
  4. Smear oil. Cook on both sides till done.
  5. Dosa is ready to serve with coconut chutney.
