Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup besan
  2. 1/2 cup Ghee
  3. 1/2 cut mawa
  4. 1 /2 cup chopped nuts
  5. 3 /4 cup caster sugar
  6. 1 spoon cardamom powder

Instructions

  1. Take a heavy bottom pan put ghee into it.
  2. When ghee hot fry Besan in low flame for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. Till it gets brown and ghee gets shiny add mawa in it and mix it and sautey for another five minutes then switch off the gas then add sugar.
  4. When sugar dissolves and cook till thick enough pour the mixture into a greased tray .
  5. When it's cool cut into small pieces and garnish with almond and magej giri.
