Gobhi Manchurian with Gravy

Ingredients to make Gobhi Manchurian with Gravy

  • Cauliflower - 1
  • All purpose flour- 1 cup
  • Green chilli - 1
  • Beans - 100 gms
  • Cabbage - 1/4th
  • Garlic 4-5 pieces
  • Cornflour - 2 tbsp
  • Chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp
  • Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Oil for gravy
  • Salt to taste

How to make Gobhi Manchurian with Gravy

  1. Boil the cauliflower by cutting half for 5 minutes.
  2. Mix with all purpose flour, salt, chilli powder, chopped chillies and add little water to make a dough
  3. Shape it in round balls and keep aside.
  4. Preheat the air fryer for 2 minutes at 150 deg temperature and place the balls in air fryer pan and let it be fried for 7-8 minutes at 160 deg temperature.
  5. In the mean time, chop the beans, cabbage and onions nicely and stir fry it in a pan adding oil and garlic pieces.
  6. Now increase the temperature of air fryer to 200 and fry them for 2 -3 minutes.
  7. Add salt and chilli powder to vegetables.
  8. Add soya sauce to the vegetables and saute it for less than one minute.
  9. In a bowl, mix water with cornflour and pour in vegetables. Add half cup of water in it and let it boil.
  10. Add fried Manchurian balls in it and cook it for 2 minutes.
  11. Garnish with green chilli and onions.

Serve it with Chowmein
