Maggi all time favourite..few days back i heard from some one about maggi burger i thought why am I not trying to make this so i decided to make this fusion. thought that kids will definitely love this.

Instructions
MAKE MAGGI
ADD SOME EXTRA MASALA
COOK IT FINELY TILL WATER REMOVE
TRANSFER IN 2 PLATES
PRESS IT AND KEEP IN FREEZE FOR AT LEAST 30 MIN.
AFTER 30 MIN.TAKE IT OUT
TAKE A BOWL AND ADD POTATO
ADD GREEN CHILLI AND GINGER ADD SALT AND RED CHILLI POWDER
MIX ALL OF THEM
AND MAKE SAME PLATE SIZE TIKKI
NOW ROLL IT IN BREAD CRUMB
AND SHALLOW FRY IN PAN
ADD OIL AND FRY FROM BOTH SIDES
OUR TIKKI IS READY
NOW TAKE MAGGI OUT FROM PLATE AND FRY IN OIL
OUR MAGGI BUNS ARE READYSPREAD MAYO ON ONE PIECE
THEN SPREAD SAUCE ALSO
COVER WITH LETTUCE
AND THEN ADD SLICE OF CHEESE
ADD ONION SLICES
SPRINKLE SALT AND PEPPER
NOW PUT TIKKI ON IT
AND ARRANGE TOMATO SLICES
AGAIN SPRINKLE SALT AND PEPPER
AGAIN ADD A SLICE OF CHEESE AND COVER WITH OTHER MAGGI BUN
GARNISH WITH SOME ONION AND TOMATO AND SERVE WITH SAUCE OUR GAINT MAGGI BURGER IS READY
