hummus made of sprouted green moong

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup steamed sprouted green moong
  2. 2 tbsp olive oil
  3. 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  4. 3 to 4 pods of garlic
  5. rock salt or regular salt as per taste
  6. 1TSP CUMIN POWDER
  7. 1/2cup boiled water
  8. 1tsp dried basil leaves

Instructions

  1. wash the sprouts well and steam it for 10 mins
  2. now add the steamed moong in a blender
  3. add in all the other ingredients
  4. carefully add in the boiled water to maintain the hummus consistency it should not get watery
  5. blend n remove it in a glass jar
  6. this hummus can be used till seven day
  7. serve it with carrot sticks, cucumber sticks ,crackers or khakra
