This is a delicious and healthy beet root halwa, which I have made it in my style.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Beet roots 1cup grinded
  2. Jaggery 6/7 tsp.
  3. Ghee 1tsp ( it's optional)
  4. Milk powder 21 gm
  5. Bay leaves 2/3 ta
  6. Raisin 3 tsp
  7. Almonds 3 tsp
  8. Cashew nuts you can also add it only for pregnant women

Instructions

  1. Take a kodai add beet Roots and bay leaves and stir it.
  2. Stir it , until beet roots juice will be soaked.
  3. Then add ghee it's optional,
  4. Then add milk powder and stir it till 5 minutes.
  5. After that add dry fruits also.
  6. Now it's time to serve it.
