Dry Fruit Lassi is a healthy beverage for expecting mothers. Richness of almonds, raisins and coconut makes it a nutritious drink. Try this easy to make lassi recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 cup yoghurt (curd)
  2. 8 almonds
  3. 2 green cardamom
  4. 1 tablespoon coconut
  5. 1 1/2 tablespoon raisins
  6. 2 tablespoon sugar
  7. 4 cubes ice cubes
  8. 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients. (curd, cardamoms, grated coconut, raisins, sugar, almonds and ice cubes).
  2. Blend in a mixer grinder for a minute.
  3. Pour in pub glass.
  4. Garnish with honey and almonds and serve.
