Ingredients to make Hara Mushroom

  • Mushroom - 200 gms
  • Onion - 1
  • Coriander leaves - a small bunch
  • Ginger - 1 inch
  • Garlic pods - 5
  • Green chillies - 2
  • Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
  • Salt as per taste

How to make Hara Mushroom

  1. Clean the mushroom and cut them into small pieces. Then cook it with a little water, turmeric powder and salt for 5 minutes in a medium flame.
  2. Grind together the coriander leaves, ginger, garlic, green chillies to form a smooth paste.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add the chopped onion and sauté for a minute . Then add the green paste and saute till the raw smell goes. Next, add coriander powder and a little salt and the mushroom. Reduce the flame and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Garnish with curry leaves and serve it hot.
