ABOUT Zucchini Garlic Bread.... RECIPE

An instant yummilicious garlic bread with a healthy twist by me. Made in a jiffy in a microwave, it is for sure a superb innovative dish. What say friends? It is not only yummy but a way more healthier. Can be packed into kids lunch boxes or surprise your guests at a kitty party or even more better, it makes for a quick brunchie too. Happy Microwaving Everyone !!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Zucchini 2 nos
  2. French Baguette bread 1 nos
  3. Salt 1/2 a tsp
  4. Red chilli flakes 1 tbsp
  5. Melted butter 2 tbsp
  6. Garlic mince 1 1/2 tbsp
  7. Freshly chopped coriander 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. GET ALL THE INGREDIENTS READY.
  2. CUT THE BAGUETTE INTO 1 INCH THICK SLICES
  3. CUT OFF THE EDGES OF THE ZUCCHINI
  4. AND GRATE USING THE LARGER PLATE AS SHOWN
  5. MIX WELL AND SPREAD EVENLY ON THE SLICES.
  6. ARRANGE ALL ON THE GRILL PLATE OF THE MICROWAVE OVEN.
  7. MICROWAVE ON POWER HIGH FOR 4 MINUTES.
  8. TADAA !!!!! ALL DONE NOW.
