Black Chana Salad

Ingredients to make Black Chana Salad

  • Black Chane - 2 cups
  • Potato - 1
  • Cucumber - 1
  • Capsicum - 1
  • Tomato- 1
  • Lemon - 1/2
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper - 1/4 tbsp

How to make Black Chana Salad

  1. Soak the black chane overnight.
  2. Next morning, boil the black chane with a potato and strain it completely.
  3. Chop the cucumber, capsicum, boiled potato and tomato in a bowl.
  4. Add chane, salt and pepper in it. Squeeze lemon on it and mix well.
  5. Serve instantly for best taste!
