ABOUT Nasi goreng RECIPE

This is a dish from Bali, a variety of rice with some stir fried vegetables with a fried egg on top.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Brown rice 1 cup
  2. Carrot 2 in dices
  3. Beans 2 in dices
  4. Cabbage a 1/2 cup in julians
  5. Soya sauce 1 tablespoon
  6. Vinegar 1 tablespoon
  7. Lemon zest 1/4 tsp
  8. Sugar 1/2 tsp
  9. Pepper crushed 1/2 tsp
  10. Salt 2 tablespoon
  11. egg - 1

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice with 1:2 ratio of water strain and spread it evenly.
  2. Take a pan and add extra virgin olive oil.
  3. Add the ginger garlic paste and rest of the vegetables and stir fry until it is half cooked
  4. Add the soya sauce ,lemon zest,salt vinegar and sauté
  5. Now add the cooked rice and mix well until it is well coated with vegetables.
  6. Platter and serve hot with a fried egg on top with some crushed pepper
  7. Finished dish
