ABOUT Lauki Raita RECIPE

This is healthy and light, to be served to elderly people too, along with meal.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1bowl curd
  2. 1/2bottle gourd
  3. Salt
  4. A pinch black pepper
  5. 1/4tsp roasted cumin seeds
  6. Green coriander.

Instructions

  1. Whisk the curd.
  2. Grate and boil the bottle gourd.
  3. Squeeze it to drain the excess water.
  4. Now add it to the whisked curd.
  5. Whisk properly
  6. Add salt, black pepper and cumin seeds.
  7. Serve it adding green coriander leaves.
