ABOUT Home made cerelac for babies RECIPE

This is a perfect meal for babies after 12 months duration which is the perfect time of introducing solids to them. This powder is full of nutritional supplements which essential for their growth. When i had my baby, many relatives told me to start cerelec some told me to give fruits initially. After hearing everyone i decided to give homely food which is full of nutrients and full fill all the requirements for a growing baby. This includes corn wheat rice dal almonds. It can be made sweet or savoury both as you prefer or your child likes. For making sweet you can mix in hot milk with very little sugar or honey. And for savoury mix it with water and very little salt. You can make it store in airtight container for weekly or monthly basis. Its all up to you. When introducing first time to kids make it powder. But few months later you can keep it little grainy and increase this texture accordingly as per your child's growth.
