Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Yellow moong dal 3/4 cup
  2. Fenugreek seeds 1/2tsp
  3. Rava/Suji 1/4 cup
  4. Peas 1/4 cup
  5. Sweet Corn 1/4 cup
  6. Tomato sliced 1/4 Cup
  7. Chopped corriander 1/4 cup
  8. salt as per taste
  9. Eno 1tsp
  10. Oil 2tbsp

Instructions

  1. Soak moong dal along with fenugreek seeds in water for 3-4 hrs.
  2. Grind it in a mixer with water until smooth.
  3. Add suji to the prepared batter and mix well.
  4. Add salt to batter.
  5. Batter consistency should be like regular dosa.
  6. Add eno salt to the batter and mix well.
  7. Pour a ladleful batter on hot greased tawa.
  8. Don't spread the batter.
  9. Put some corns,peas ,tomatoes and corriander on it.
  10. Pour little oil on the sides of the dosa.
  11. Cover and cook for few minutes.
  12. When it gets cooked from one side ,flip and cook the other side.
  13. Cook for few seconds.
  14. Uttapam is ready .
  15. Serve hot.
