Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup oats
  2. 2tbsp pizza cheese shredded
  3. 1tsp minced garlic
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1 tbsp oregano
  6. 1/4 cup julienned capsicum and bell peppers or toppings of your choice
  7. 1/3 cup grated mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  8. Milk as required for kneading
  9. 2tbsp pizza sauce
  10. Olive oil
  11. 1egg (flax egg for veg)

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS
  2. DRY ROAST 1 CUP OATS
  3. GRIND OATS WITH 1TSP MINCED GARLIC TO FLOUR
  4. TAKE FLOUR IN BOWL, ADD 2TBSP PIZZA CHEESE, SALT AND 1TBSP OREGANO
  5. ADD EGG
  6. MIX WELL, ADD MILK AS REQUIRED TO FORM THICK DOUGH
  7. KNEAD DOUGH
  8. PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 180
  9. ON BAKING MAT, WITH WET SPOON OR HANDS SHAPE PIZZA
  10. MAKE THIN PIZZA, IT HAS NO BAKING POWDER SO DOUGH WILL NOT RISE
  11. BAKE FOR 12-16 MINUTES
  12. DRIZZLE OLIVE OIL
  13. SMEAR IT ON BAKED PIZZA CRUST
  14. APPLY PIZZA SAUCE
  15. ADD VEG, CHICKEN,PANEER ETC TOPPINGS OF YOUR CHOICE
  16. SPRINKLE MOZZARELLA OR CHEDDAR CHEESE ON TOP
  17. PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 180
  18. BAKE PIZZA FOR 8-10 MINUTES UNTIL CHEESE MELTS
  19. FRESH FROM OVEN
  20. TRANSFER TO PLATE, SPRINKLE OREGANO, RED CHILI FLAKES ETC AND SERVE HOT WITH SAUCE OR KETCHUP
