ABOUT Fried Chicken RECIPE

There is nothing more comforting that Fried Chicken!! This recipe is so easy to make at home, and the chicken is juicy and moist at the same time crispy and crunchy!

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 kg Chicken Thighs cut in 6-8 pieces
  2. 1 cup Flour
  3. 3/4 cup Buttermilk
  4. 1 tsp Red pepper powder
  5. 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  6. 1 tsp Garlic powdered
  7. 1 tsp Salt
  8. Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken and let it dry.
  2. Mix salt, flour, garlic powder, black pepper, red pepper powder in a bowl. Set aside.
  3. Pour buttermilk in a bowl. Dip the chicken pieces in the buttermilk, then dip the flour mixture.
  4. In a deep fryer, heat oil to 375F, or heat oil for deep frying in a kadai, carefully Deep fry the chicken pieces for 5 mins until they are crisp and brown from all sides.
  5. Drain on a kitchen towel.
  6. Serve with hot sauce/tomato ketchup.
