ABOUT Homemade semisweet Chocolate RECIPE

When I run out of chocolates and need to make some recipes using chocolate then I prefer homemade as its quite easier to make and I do not have to rush to store

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 tbsp soft unsalted butter
  2. 3 tbsp sugar
  3. 120g unsweetened cocoa powder
  4. 1.5 tsp milk

Instructions

  1. Microwave or using double boiler melt butter. To this add sugar and mix well until sugar melts in. Add cocoa and milk. Mix everything well
  2. Line up chocolate mould. fill in the mix, and refrigerate it until chocolate is set. Demould and use as required.
