Baked Broccoli and Sweet Corn Fritters

Ingredients to make Baked Broccoli and Sweet Corn Fritters

  • Broccoli florets- 1 cup, blanched for 4 minutes and strained
  • Sweet corn- 1 cup, boiled and strained
  • Onion- 1 small sized, finely chopped
  • Besan/gram flour- 2 tbsp
  • Garam masala powder- 1/4 tsp
  • Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger- garlic paste- 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves- 1 tbsp, finely chopped

How to make Baked Broccoli and Sweet Corn Fritters

  1. Coarsely grind the broccoli and sweet corn in a food processor or mixer for a few seconds.
  2. Then transfer this mixture into a bowl and add the remaining ingredients.
  3. Lightly brush a baking tray with a few drops of oil to avoid the patties sticking to the tray. Then make small patties and place it on the tray.
  4. Bake it in a preheated oven at 160 degrees celsius for 10 minutes while turning sides after 5 minutes.
  5. Serve hot for best taste.

Alternatively, you can make these on a non-stick pan or tawa, if needed you can sprinkle a few drops of oil.
