- For the eggless wheat loaf::
- - 1/8 cup
- Baking Powder-1 teaspoon
- -1/4 teaspoon
- - 6 tablespoon
- Powdered - 1/3 cup
- - 1/4 cup
- Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon
- s mashed - 1/2 cup
- - 1/4 teaspoon
- Milk - 1/2 cup+ 1/2 teaspoon
- For the other layers::
- Simple syrup - 1/2 cup
- 4-5 Frozen s (keep s in the freezer in a ziplock bag for 5 hours)
- Jam (I used mixed fruit)- 2 tablespoon

My Tip:1. You can also cook this with a sponge cake or a store bought cake. I had some bananas at home so I made good use of it. 2. You can even make a layered cake instead of a trifle. Assemble it the same way without crumbling the loaf, by placing alternate layers of loaf(with sugar syrup), blended bananas and jam and freeze it for 1 to 2 hours. 3. Instead of plain blended bananas, you can blend them with nutella or cocoa powder or choco chips.
