ABOUT Carb Free Fried Rice RECIPE

This fried rice recipe is just as good, if not better, than any takeout fried rice youve ever had. And its low carb, low glycemic and Paleo friendly!

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Cauliflower- 1 cups, Grated
  2. Carrots- 1/2 cup, chopped into small pieces
  3. Capsicum-1/3 cup, chopped into small pieces
  4. Boiled Peas- 1/4 cup
  5. Mushrooms-1/4 cup, sliced
  6. Onions- 1,finely chopped
  7. Spring Onion Greens-1/4 th cup
  8. Ginger-1/2 inch piece
  9. Garlic Cloves-3 finely chopped
  10. Tomato Sauce - 1 Tbsp
  11. sugar 1/4 tsp
  12. Pepper - 1/4 tsp
  13. Salt to taste
  14. oil 2 tbsp
  15. Red Chilly sauce - 1 tsp
  16. Soya Sauce- 1 tsp
  17. Vinegar-1 tsp
  18. Green Chilli Sauce- 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. HEAT 2 TBSP OIL, ADD 3 GARLIC CLOVES, 1 INCH PIECE OF GINGER, FRY TILL GOLDEN
  2. ADD 1 ONION, SAUTE TILL TRANSLUCENT
  3. ADD 1 CUP GRATED CAULIFLOWER, 1/2 CUP CHOPPED CARROTS, 1/4 CUP BOILED PEAS, SAUTE
  4. ADD 1/4 CUP EACH OF CAPSICUM & MUSHROOMS
  5. ADD SALT TO TASTE, 1/4 TSP EACH OF PEPPER & SUGAR
  6. ADD 1 TSP SOYA SAUCE, 1/2 TSP RED CHILI SAUCE
  7. ADD 1 TSP GREEN CHILI SAUCE, 1 TBSP TOMATO SAUCE, SAUTE
  8. ADD 1 TSP VINEGAR, 3 TBSP SPRING ONION GREENS
  9. TOSS GENTLY, TAKE OFF HEAT
