Sour cream dip
How to make Sour Cream
- 2 cups Sour cream/ thick Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Dill/Parsley leaves chopped
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- Salt and pepper for seasoning
- Mix the sour cream, chopped dill leaves, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Refrigerate it overnight. Garnish with dill leaves.
- Serve chilled with veggies, bread, chips, etc.
