Dry chilli Chicken

Ingredients to make Dry chilli Chicken

  • Boneless chicken cubes- 250 gms
  • Spring onions chopped- 1/2 tspn
  • Capsicum long sliced- 1 big
  • Onion cut in long size- 2
  • Oil for Deep frying
  • salt as per taste
  • Tomato sauce- 1 tbspn
  • Vinegar- 1 tspn
  • Red chilli sauce- 2 tspn
  • Soya sauce- 2 tspn
  • Ginger and garlic chopped- 1 tbspn
  • Ginger- garlic paste- 1/2 tspn
  • Egg- 1
  • Corn flour- 2 tbspn
  • Green Chillies- 3 slit

How to make Dry chilli Chicken

  1. First we have to fry the chicken. In a bowl put chicken, then add cornflour, little soya sauce, red chillies sauce, salt, egg, ginger garlic paste, and black pepper powder if you want. Mix well.
  2. Heat oil for deep frying.Fry the chicken pieces.
  3. After it's done, heat another pan use the same oil around 1 tbspn in it add the chopped garlic and ginger.
  4. Cook for a minute. Then add sliced onion, capsicum and slit chillies. Cover for a minute.
  5. It should not lose its crunchyness.
  6. Then add all the sauces as well as the salt.
  7. Then add the chicken pieces, toss and add spring onion. It is ready to serve.
