ABOUT Dudhi Feniyan RECIPE

Roasted Feniyan cooked in milk with dry fruits.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Milk 2 cups
  2. Roasted Feniya - 1 1/2 cups crushed
  3. Sugar 2 tbsp
  4. Dry fruits

Instructions

  1. Boil milk in a pan and then lower the flame.
  2. Add sugar in it and let it boil.
  3. Add feniyan in it and dry fruits also.
  4. Cover it with a lid and let it be boil for 2 minutes. Don't cover it fully as milk will come out of pan.
  5. Turn off the flame when feniyan completely mixed with milk.
  6. Serve hot in a glass bowl.
