This Bread stick is completely flourless, gluten free and low carb for people on a diet. An excellent starter to enjoy.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 cups Finely minced Cauliflower
  2. 2 Beaten eggs
  3. Salt
  4. 3nos Finely crushed garlic cloves
  5. 1/2cup Mozzarella cheese (grated)
  6. 1/2cup Emmental cheese (grated)
  7. 1/2tsp Oregano leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet over a baking tray. Take the minced cauliflower, eggs, crushed garlic cloves, grated mozzarella cheese, salt in a bowl.
  2. Mix everything well. Divide the prepared mixture into two portions. Drop them over the already prepared baking tray.
  3. Flatten each portion as a oval shaped disc, bake for 15-20minutes until their sides turns golden brown.
  4. Now remove the baking tray and sprinkle the emmental cheese, dry oregano leaves on the top and bake them again for 5-10minutes or until the cheese gets melts. Put off the oven and remove the baking tray.
  5. Let it cool slightly and slice as bread sticks. Serve warm or at room temperature with your favourite sauce.
