Ingredients to make Rasabali

  • paneer soft 200 gms
  • atta 2 tspn
  • sugar 4 tbspn
  • milk 1 ltr
  • cardamom powder 1 tspn
  • ghee for frying

How to make Rasabali

  1. Boil the milk along with sugar.
  2. In other side in a bowl take mashed paneer, Atta and slight cardamom powder.
  3. Heat ghee. Make round balls of paneer and flatten it.
  4. Fry these balls.
  5. Reduce milk to around 30%.
  6. Then after frying it add it in milk. And let it soak. It is ready. It taste good in room temperature.
