Who doesn't know these super duper goodies ? These are infact a must have for us Indians at tea-time. An age old practice that is prevalent in today's fast and busy lives too. People just adore these scrumptious beauties. Soft, melt in mouth and amazingly delectable. And to think of it, these are made with just 2 ingredients and nothing much fancy. Readymade pastry sheets have made our job more simpler. How simpler can it get? Right friends !!!!!! So enjoy making them at home for your families. Fresh and smelling heavenly. Homemade is always the best.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Puff Pastry sheets 15 to 20
  2. Milk 1/4th cup
  3. Cumin seeds crushed 1 tbsp (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper as a first step.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180° for about 15 minutes.
  3. Start with the making process now. Just fold them two or three times and press along the sides.
  4. Before folding crushed cumin seeds can be sprinkled just for taste. It is purely optional though.
  5. Give a milk wash and bake these for 22 to 25 minutes on the last rack in a preheated fan assisted oven until a nice golden crust is seen on the top.
  6. An ideal accompaniment at tea-time. These are just perfect.
  7. Serve them with your hot favourite hot beverage even for breakfast. They can be relished at any time.
