Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup soaked and boiled white chana
  2. 2 cup spinach puree
  3. 2 chopped onion
  4. 2 chopped tomatoes
  5. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  6. Salt
  7. 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
  8. 1/4 tsp red chilli
  9. 1 tsp chana masala.

Instructions

  1. Soak the chana over night and then boil them in a pressure cooker with required amount of water.
  2. Blanch the spinach and then blend it to form a puree of the same.
  3. Heat oil in a cooker
  4. Add cumin seeds
  5. Add chopped onion
  6. Add chopped tomatoes
  7. Add ginger garlic paste
  8. Cook it
  9. Add salt, chilly and chana masala.
  10. Cook it properly
  11. Add spinach puree
  12. Stir it in masala
  13. Add boiled chana
  14. close the lid of the pressure cooker and Cook it till 2 whistle
  15. Open it and garnish it.
