About Sukhe Gobi alu ki sabzi Recipe

I call it a comfort food. In winters you always get Cauliflower.in abundance. This sabzi when paired with any dal or gravy sabzi, it tastes amazing.

Sukhe Gobi alu ki sabzi

Ingredients to make Sukhe Gobi alu ki sabzi

  • cauliflower half chopped in medium size florets
  • potato 1 big
  • Grated tomato 1
  • Ginger & green chillies paste 1/2 tsp
  • oil to deep fry
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • dhania powder 1 tsp
  • Lalmirch powder 1 tsp
  • salt to taste

How to make Sukhe Gobi alu ki sabzi

  1. Wash clean and chop cauliflower into medium size florets. Chop potato into medium squares
  2. Deep fry cauliflower on high flame first for about 5 minutes then put the flame on slow & cover the pan. Add salt to ur taste.
  3. Fry till it becomes tender. Take out on absorbent paper.
  4. Now in the same oil fry potatoes first on high flame & then cover the pan and cook on slow flame till it becomes tender. Take out on absorbent paper.
  5. In a separate pan add grated tomatoes with all dry masalas mentioned above. When tomatoes are cooked add fried cauliflower and potatoes. Mix gently.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
