- 1 cup plain flour
- generous pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 cup finely sliced cabbage
- 1/4 cup finely chopped carrot
- 1/4 cup chopped spring onions
- 12-15 pods of garlic peeled
- salt and black pepper as required
- 1/2 tsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 finely chopped green chilli
- 8 dried red chillies (add less or more acc to preference)
