Dates is iron deficiency anemia, diarrhea,reducing blood pressure extra, almonds contain lots of healthy fat fibre, protein so i made Laddoo all ingredients . It's tasty and healthy.All ingredients suitable for all specially toddlers, pregnant women and elders.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Dates 1and 1/2 cup
  2. Almonds crush 3/4 tsp
  3. Raisin 3/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. All ingredients,
  2. Take a bowl add dates , smash it,spread dates seeds,
  3. Add almonds crush,raisin.
  4. Mixture it well.
  5. Now make shape like pics ,
  6. Now it's time to serve it.thank you.
