  1. Ingredients for dough
  2. Wheat flour 1bowl
  3. Salt 1/2 tsp
  4. Water as per requirement
  5. Ingredients for stuffing..
  6. Potato boiled n mashed 2 katori
  7. Carrots grated 2
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Coriander powder 1tsp
  10. Red chili powder 1/3 tsp
  11. Garam masala powder 1/3 tsp
  12. Amchur 1/3 tsp
  13. Rost cumin powder 1/3 tsp

Instructions

  1. Method for dough..
  2. Add all ingredients in a big bowl.. Add water in it and knead a semi soft dough.
  3. Method for stuffing
  4. Add all ingredients in bowl & mix it well .. Stuffing ready..
  5. Then take a ball of. Dough..
  6. Roll it Put stuffing in it..
  7. Roll it again to form the paratha.
  8. Then put it on tawa
  9. Spread little oil or butter on it..
  10. Cook on both sides on medium flame..
  11. When it become crispy . Serve hot..
