Ingredients to make Flavours

  • 1/2 cup carrots, cut and blanched in boiling water
  • 1 orange (membrane and seeds removed)
  • 4 apricots, soaked overnight and pureed
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds, roasted
  • Few lettuce leaves
  • 1 tsp Red wine vinegar

How to make Flavours

  1. Make the dressing with the ingredients apricot puree, sesame oil and red wine vinegar.
  2. Put the carrots, oranges, lettuce in a bowl. Mix the dressing and sprinkle the roasted sesame seeds before serving.
  3. Serve instantly and enjoy!
