ABOUT Fruit Juice Jelly RECIPE

This is a yummy juice with no artificial flavors.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Green grape juice 1/2 cup
  2. Orange juice 1/2 cup
  3. Apple cut in small cubes 1/4 cup
  4. Chia seeds 1 tsp, soaked in 1 tbsp water
  5. Gelatin 2 tsp, dissolved in 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. For the 1st layer, add 3 tsp gelatine mix in 1/2 cup green grape juice and set it in the freezer. (this could take around 15 mins)
  2. Combine the chia seeds, 3 tsp gelatine, 1/2 tsp sugar and apple together and put it on top of the green grape layer. (this takes 5 mins to set)
  3. Mix 1/2 cup orange juice and gelatin to make the 3rd layer. Set it in the freezer for 10 mins and then keep it in the fridge.
  4. Serve with custard or ice cream for best taste.
