Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 pack mushroom
  2. 1 cup green peas
  3. 2 capsicum
  4. 2 onion
  5. 2 tomatoes
  6. 1tsp gng paste
  7. Salt
  8. 1/4tsp red chilli
  9. 1/4tsp turmeric powder.
  10. 1/4tsp garam masala
  11. Coriander Leaves.

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a karahi
  2. Add cumin seeds
  3. Add chopped onion.
  4. Add tomato that are chopped.
  5. Add ginger garlic paste
  6. Cook masala well
  7. Add salt and all the powdered masalas.
  8. Add chopped veggies and mix in the masala.
  9. Cover and cook on low flame till done
  10. Add coriander leaves.
