Ingredients to make Kesar Kehwa

  • Water 3-4 cups
  • Cinnamon stick 1/2 inch
  • Green cardamoms 3
  • Saffron 1 pinch
  • Sugar 2 tsp

How to make Kesar Kehwa

  1. Add the cardamoms,cinnamon, and saffron in water and keep it on fire to boil.
  2. Keep boiling for 5 mins, then add 1 cup of cold water.
  3. Again boil for 5 mins, then add sugar and boil it for 2-3 mins more, till it is reduced to 2 cups.
  4. Pour in cups and serve it topped with sliced almonds.
