Sipnch chatni , it's my innovative recipe,spinach have low fat, cholesterol, vitamin A,C,E and K,folate,iron which is specily necessary for pregnant women..

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Spinach 1 cup
  2. Tomatoes 1 small size
  3. Green chilli 1
  4. Salt 1tsp
  5. Oil 1tsp
  6. Urad dal 1tsp
  7. Mustard seeds 1tsp
  8. Red chilli 2/3 ta
  9. Garlic 2ta pieces

Instructions

  1. All ingredients of spinach chatni.
  2. Take a kodai add spinach, green chilli,tomatoes, salt and cover it for boiling for 6/7 minutes.then remove it.
  3. keep it for normal temperature then grinded it ,if necessary add little bit water for grinding well.
  4. To temper
  5. Take a kodai add oil and those ingredients,
  6. When urad Dal started golden brown remove it.
  7. Now put on the spinach mixture,well and serve it with dosa or idli.
