Tapioca is very healthy and even babies above 1 year can consume them, follow this easy recipe to make these at home.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Tapioca Roots 1
  2. Greated coconut 1/4 cup
  3. Sugar -3 Tablespoons
  4. Ghee -1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Take a clean and washed tapioca.
  2. Grate the tapioca.
  3. These should look like these.
  4. Steam the Tapioca.
  5. Steam for 3 minutes.
  6. Then add grated coconut.
  7. Add sugar
  8. Add some ghee
  9. Mix well gently, it's too hot so carefully mix.
  10. Shape them into balls.
  11. Kids love this laddu and these are also healthy as they are steamed.
