This is a delicious recipe to make burfis at home for festivities.
Boil the milk in a saucepan.
Once the milk has boiled enough, add lemon juice so that the milk curdle to form the paneer.
Now strain it and take it out in a pan, add the sugar and green cardamom powder. Cook until the mixture thickens.
Now once the burfi has cookde and darkened enough, pour this mixture into a plate greased with some ghee.
Now spread it well.
Once the mixture has set and hardened enough, cut it into pieces or burfis. Garnish them with pistachios.
