ABOUT Badam Sheera RECIPE

This is a lovely winter soup for people of all ages.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Almonds 2 spoon
  2. Whole Wheat Flour 2 and a half spoon
  3. Sugar 2 and a half spoon
  4. Pure Ghee 2 spoon
  5. Water 2 and a half cup

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan with 2 tsp of ghee.
  2. Add in whole wheat flour.
  3. Sautee for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Saute till the flour gets golden brown.
  5. Add 2 and a half cup of water.
  6. Give it a boil.
  7. Add 2 spoon of chopped Almonds.
  8. Cook for 10 minutes.
  9. Or till it gets thick.
  10. Add 2 and a half spoon of Sugar.
  11. Cook for 1 minute more
  12. Serve hot.
  13. Best soup for Winters for all Age group.
