It's a winter soup when the produce are available at best quality

Ingredients Serving: 1

2 red apples cored and chopped
1 red carrot peeled and chopped
1tbsp of chopped shallots
1tbsp ghee
1/2 cup cream
Salt
Black pepper powder

Instructions

In a pan put 1/2tbsp ghee and add in the chopped shallots. Saute till translucent.
Now add in apple and carrot and cook until they turn soft.
Transfer it to grinder and puree to pulp
Pour in back to the pan with remainiNg ghee and add in salt.
Cook for couple of minutes stirring frequently.
Add the cream and mix well.
Switch of the flame and sprinkle some black pepper.
