ABOUT Healthy Jaggery porridge RECIPE

Broken wheat is rich in calcium, vitamins carbohydrates and iron. It is a filling food for babies as well and keep them satisfied for long hours. Addition of cow's milk increases nutritional value of it. I have used jaggery instead of sugar as sweetener in it. Jaggery and broken wheat; both ingredients are very beneficial for toddlers , pregnant women as well as for old people. Do cook it and give healthy treat to your loved ones of all ages.
